1630 Welton has a distinctive energy about it, thanks to loads of sunlight, two mezzanine levels, the Roof 16 rooftop event space, and an ideal location adjacent to the popular 16th Street pedestrian mall. Built in 1982, this former athletic club features ten floors of workspace including both SmartSuites® and offices as well as three shared lounges, a rooftop lounge, and abundant indoor bike storage.

Access: Two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center, this location offers easy access to Downtown Denver’s restaurants, hotels, and Light Rail transit.

Rooftop Deck & Event Space

With incredible views and plenty of personality, the outdoor roof deck is a crowd favorite at 1630 Welton. Available to clients and guests during the day, it transitions to the Roof 16 event space during evenings and weekends.

3 Indoor Lounge Areas

In addition to the primary Expansive Lounge on the 7th floor, this location also enjoys two additional common areas with soft seating and work tables.

3 Meeting Rooms

Located on the 7th and 9th floors, our conference rooms come equipped with smart TV monitors. Huddle rooms are perfect for smaller groups or pairs.

7 Phone Booths

Private phone booths on the 7th and 9th floors give you a place to step aside and focus. They include built-in desks, ventilation, and transparent doors.

Bike Storage

Secure, lockable bike racks allow clients to safely and conveniently store bicycles for their commute.

Mothers Room

Every Expansive location is proud to offer its working mothers a comfortable private space equipped with soft seating, dedicated refrigerator, locking door, and electrical outlets.
