“My “why” is that I am a coach who is passionate about partnering with others to catalyze their growth and development. Working with people in all types of settings and who have diverse interests is really exciting. Owning my own business offers me the opportunity to partner with people I want to work with.”
Why did you choose to move into Level Office’s downtown Jacksonville offices?
“The great interior, awesome downtown location, competitive pricing, and of course, the ever helpful staff.”
What advice would you give someone who wants to start a business?
“I have worked with a great deal of leaders and business owners through the years. My advice would be stay true to your values and strengths. Don’t try to do it all – outsource the stuff that drains you as much as you can. Focus on the work that brings you energy and excitement as that will be what grows your business.”
What has been the key to your company’s success?
“Connecting and learning from others! Many heads are better than one! Collaborating with others to generate ideas and solutions is so important.”
What advice would you give to startups?
“Recognize you (and your employees) are the most valuable asset you have within the business. We know our knowledge, skills and experience are important, but often we overlook the power of words and actions. What you say and what you do every day will either create success or cause derailment. Build your awareness around the choices of your words and actions – these are the most critical tools you have in building your business.”
